With over 20 years of expertise in delivering transformative end-to-end solutions across diverse industries, including airlines, finance, government, healthcare, telecommunications, and education, I have developed a deep passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous process improvement and driving innovation to solve complex challenges.

I have extensive experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, to define and execute technology strategies that align with business goals. By holistically approaching each customer’s needs, I identify key opportunities for impactful improvements, perform cost/value analysis, and create initiatives and roadmaps to lead the teams to deliver sustainable, high-value results.

As a seasoned speaker at industry events such as the AI Bootcamp, Microsoft Developers Bootcamp, Microsoft 365, and community meetups, I actively share my insights and expertise to inform others about emerging technologies.

Throughout my career, I have held diverse roles—architect, technical lead, pre-sales consultant, full-stack developer, and business analyst—leading large-scale digital transformations. These include designing and implementing enterprise integration platforms, B2C portals, Office 365 solutions/migration, bots, and workflow automation
